Our breeding dogs have to be pleasant to be around, safe with children and other pets, while maintaining the high drive necessary to support active hunting lifestyles.

All of our breeding dogs have to be capable of learning basic obedience and flushing/retrieving commands. That means sit, up, down, ok (release), kennel, plus flushing and retrieval, which we do with whistles and hand gestures.

Every breeding dog has to be motivated and invigorated by our approval. We only breed dogs that display urgent eagerness to please, ensuring that they'll only produce wonderful field and family dogs.
